Responsibilities

• Pull and stage orders from inventory, including large products like windows.
• Manually lift, carry, and move heavy and oversized items through the warehouse and loading areas.
• Load trucks and trailers with product, ensuring items are secure for transport.
• Verify pulled orders match required manifests before loading for accuracy.
• Perform a full '360 Walk Around' to ensure loads are balanced, stable, and safely secured for delivery.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Complete equipment pre-checks for forklifts, trailers, and company vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment to support safe operations.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and required PPE.
• Work closely with team members to complete physically demanding tasks efficiently and safely.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed, including continuous movement of inventory and materials.
• Work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules as needed to meet operational demands.
