Job summary

Brothers Food Service in Austin, TX is seeking a Warehouse Loading Associate for the morning shift. The role focuses on preparing customer orders for delivery by wrapping pallets, verifying shipment accuracy, staging orders, and loading trucks in proper route sequence.

You will be the final quality checkpoint to protect product quality, ensure accuracy, and support on-time deliveries. Prior warehouse experience and ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics.
• Experience securely wrapping pallets, reviewing shipping documentation, and loading or staging pallets in delivery routes.
• Experience loading delivery trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Securely wrap completed customer order pallets using stretch wrap per standards.
• Review shipping documentation and verify orders prior to loading.
• Stage and load pallets onto delivery trucks in the correct route sequence.
• Inspect pallets for stability and shipment accuracy before loading.
• Load delivery trucks safely and efficiently while maintaining load organization.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies or loading concerns to warehouse leadership.
• Operate manual and/or electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
