Tidewater Fleet Supply / TNT Parts is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead a busy warehouse on the floor, ensuring correct parts are received, stored, and shipped to customers promptly.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, planning workloads, and implementing processes to improve safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Previous supervisory experience in heavy-duty parts is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience in heavy-duty parts, automotive aftermarket, distribution, or similar environment.
• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Heavy-duty truck, trailer, automotive, or equipment parts experience highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while creating a positive, accountable, and productive work environment.
• Plan daily workloads, schedules, and staffing to meet customer needs and changing business demands.
• Direct and supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, order picking, staging, shipping, inventory control, and delivery preparation.
• Oversee receipt of incoming freight, ensuring shipments are received promptly and checked for accuracy and damage.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing documents, addressing shortages, overages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure outgoing orders are pulled accurately and staged for delivery, transfer, or pickup.
• Establish processes to reduce picking errors, shipping mistakes, and lost inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper receiving practices.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse; monitor productivity and identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote safety compliance and report incidents promptly.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop warehouse associates.
