The role involves guiding less experienced teammates, adhering to procedures, and prioritizing safety. Responsibilities include managing product flow, verifying quantities, and maintaining accurate documentation while operating forklift equipment and supporting inventory control

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in warehouse, logistics, production, or materials handling.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge that can be gained through a combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, move, pick, stage, package, and ship products accurately per procedures.
• Allocate, distribute, pull, and pick product from correct locations with quantity verification.
• Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies to supervisor or team member.
• Package and stage materials for shipment, including labeling and required documentation.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment after safety training and certification.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and follow all safety guidelines.
