Job summary

Ladgov Corporation is seeking qualified Vocational Training Instructors to provide hands-on workforce development training programs at the Northwestern Joint Regional Correctional Facility. The instructor will deliver structured vocational education designed to provide participants with practical skills, industry knowledge, and career preparation.

Qualifications

Ability to teach and communicate technical skills effectively.
Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
Knowledge of industry practices, tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
Ability to follow approved training materials and curriculum requirements.

Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and hands-on training sessions according to approved curriculum requirements.
Provide practical instruction, demonstrations, and coaching in assigned trades.
Teach participants proper use of tools, equipment, and workplace practices.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and instructional activities.
Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback on skills development.
Maintain accurate attendance and training records.
Ensure training activities are conducted in a safe, organized, and professional manner.
Support participants in developing employment-related skills and certifications.
Coordinate with program management regarding training schedules, requirements, and performance updates.
