Dynamic Dies in Holland, Ohio is hiring Production Manufacturing Associates to learn how to create custom tooling used in the corrugated packaging industry. You’ll learn hands-on production, equipment operation, measuring, quality inspection, and problem-solving.

No previous experience is required and we provide paid training. A high school diploma or GED is required. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with 2nd and 3rd shift openings and a $1.00/hr differential.

• Experience in manufacturing or related fields is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Learn to create custom steel rule tooling from specifications.
• Produce printing plates with specialized equipment.
• Position and mount printing plates per customer requirements.
• Finish and prepare plates for production.
• Check accuracy and create proofs of work.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Set up and operate equipment used in manufacturing.
• Inspect products before moving to next stage.
• Identify quality issues and collaborate to fix them.
