Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3–5 years related experience in metalworking or machine trades.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate process methods and tool routings for tool manufacture.
• Update engineering systems with change orders from engineers, manufacturing or sales.
• Layout tools from finished part prints and maintain records.
• Recommend speeds and feeds and troubleshoot application problems.
• Prepare prices for Guhring products and provide sketches for approvals.
• Contribute to development of standard routings and time data.
