Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA is seeking a Tool and Die Technician to support stamping dies and roll form tooling across the plant. You will repair, sharpen, and refurbish dies, set up roll form tooling, and machine die components with mills, lathes, and CNC equipment.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in die making and tooling, with proficiency in MasterCam and CNC programming. Located in Tulsa, OK, with first shift hours and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and refurbish metal stamping dies, sharpening and cleaning.
• Work with press/mill operators to address part quality issues.
• Machining of die components using mills, lathes, grinders, and CNC equipment.
• Set up and tear down of roll form tooling and clean/polish tooling.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on tooling projects.
