Job summary

Alteva RCM is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to architect, design, and code across complex internal systems. You will stay close to the code, guide implementation, and ensure quality, reliability, and extensibility while collaborating with the technology leadership.

You’ll influence standards, oversee delivery with internal and outsourced teams, and help scale the engineering function as the team grows. This is a non-managerial, hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Strong .NET and C# development background with hands-on coding
• Experience owning architectural design for business-critical internal systems
• Experience building or improving internal tools, workflows, or systems
• Hands-on Azure experience and API/data-flow work
• Ability to review code and raise engineering quality
• Comfort in a live environment with evolving requirements

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and architecture for assigned systems and initiatives
• Stay hands-on in the codebase to guide implementation and decisions
• Set standards for code quality, design patterns, and documentation
• Collaborate with technology leadership on architecture and security
• Identify debt and production risks, prioritize remediation
• Lead internal and external developers with strong technical judgment
