Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Intern in Supply Chain Management located in Northampton, MA. The role supports a cross-functional team to develop the material plan for assigned programs and interfaces with Program offices, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Contracts, Operations, and customers.

The position focuses on SME-level supply chain practices, material strategy execution, and risk/opportunity management, with a 9/80 schedule and benefits such as relocation stipend and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Experience with supply chain concepts and basic analytics is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Material Management Plan and execute Supply Chain strategies for the program.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Quality, Finance, Contracts, and Operations.
• Support supplier relationships and Subcontracts processes; assist with SSOW alignment.
• Monitor material budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting.
