Job summary

L3Harris is offering a Supply Chain Program Management Intern role designed to provide hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle within the Power Systems organization. You will coordinate activities with cross-functional teams such as Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Operations.

The position focuses on supply chain planning, supplier coordination, and process improvement while developing skills in cost, schedule, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, or process improvement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support communication and coordination between Supply Chain and other functional teams for programs or products.
• Assist in development and execution of supply chain strategies supporting program goals.
• Help monitor material and supplier milestones to support timely execution.
• Support tracking of supply chain cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Assist with analyzing KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
• Participate in risk and opportunity tracking and document mitigation plans.
• Support compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Assist with financial and program reporting activities, including data gathering and status updates.
• Help support supplier relationship activities and coordination with the broader team.
• Assist with proposal support activities by gathering supply chain inputs and preparing documentation.
• Support involvement in requirements development and related coordination activities.
• Participate in process improvement efforts and other special projects.
