Job summary

KLN Family Brands/Tuffy’s Pet Foods in Perham, MN, is seeking an Engineering Intern for the summer of 2027. You’ll work closely with the Plant Engineer and operations teams to support capital projects, utilities, and equipment improvements.

The internship runs 10–12 weeks; you should be a junior in college pursuing Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering, with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn on-site at our Perham facility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support capital projects, plant utilities, and equipment improvements.
• Collect field data and perform engineering calculations.
• Develop CAD models and 3D designs for manufacturing needs.
