• Assist with merchandising, displays, ordering, and maintaining well-stocked departments.
• Help lead and support store employees and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Assist with daily store operations and step in wherever you’re needed.
• Help drive sales through product knowledge, customer relationships, seasonal promotions, and creative merchandising.
• Keep departments organized, clean, safe, and ready for customers.
• Develop relationships with local customers, contractors, farmers, homeowners, and community members.
• Represent Oxford Feed & Lumber as a local business that knows and cares about its customers.
