Oxford Feed & Lumber is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our family-owned business in Oxford, PA. This hands-on role focuses on customer service, inventory, displays, and team leadership within hardware, paint, power equipment, grills, lawn & garden, and home & farm departments.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, solutions-driven, and ready to support store operations and merchandising to serve our community.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, friendly customer service and build relationships with local customers.
Help customers find products and solutions across hardware, paint, power equipment, grills, lawn & garden, and home and farm needs.
Be a knowledgeable resource for customers and team members.
Assist with merchandising, displays, ordering, and keeping departments well-stocked.
Help lead and support store employees and contribute to a positive team environment.
Assist with daily store operations and step in wherever needed.
Help drive sales through product knowledge and customer relationships.
Keep departments organized, clean, safe, and ready for customers.
Develop relationships with local customers, contractors, farmers, homeowners, and community members.
Represent Oxford Feed & Lumber as a local business that cares about its customers.
