NextEra Energy's Florida Power & Light Company is seeking an Associate Solar & Battery Field Engineer for the Florida Panhandle region. The role focuses on daily operation and maintenance of solar and battery facilities, with field work and safety leadership responsibilities.

You will assist with environmental compliance, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with OEMs and contractors; bachelor's in electrical engineering preferred; on-call duties for site coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Experience: 0+ years.
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL).

Responsibilities

• Completes assignments that have clear objectives with limited variables.
• Performs work on conventional plans, investigations, structures, or equipment with few complex features.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
