Florida Power & Light Company is seeking an entry-level Associate Power Generation Engineer to support daily operation and maintenance of solar and battery facilities in Florida. You will serve as site safety lead and help ensure environmental compliance and regulatory permit adherence.

The role involves significant field work, troubleshooting, preventative and corrective maintenance, and potential on-call duties for North Florida sites, coordinating with OEMs, vendors and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited) required or strongly preferred.
• Experience: 0+ years.
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL) required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assignments with clear objectives; investigates a limited number of variables.
• Works with conventional plans, investigations, surveys, structures, or equipment with relatively few complex features.
• Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.
