Job summary

Sol-Ark in Allen, TX is seeking an experienced Hands-On Software Architect to lead architecture, design and development of enterprise Java/Spring applications in AWS. This onsite role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and deep expertise across backend, middleware, and data systems.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of professional experience delivering high-quality software solutions, with a focus on microservices, real-time data streaming, and security.

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years of experience in architecture, design and development of enterprise-grade Java/Spring data applications.
• Proven ability to design and implement middleware, backend and microservice architectures in AWS.
• Experience with real-time data streaming, IoT patterns and cloud-native delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and develop high-quality Java/Spring enterprise software in AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable software architectures.
• Lead through architecture reviews, design decisions and code quality initiatives.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and implement automated testing and deployment.
