Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running smoothly, and be the reason someone’s day gets a little better.

This hands-on, fast-paced role covers Welcome, Wash, and Convenience stations, with a 60-day certification program and no prior experience required. The job is physical, outdoors, and demands energy and teamwork, with opportunities to advance to site management.

Qualifications

• No experience required; a 60-day structured certification program sets you up from day one.
• Physically active and comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather.
• Strong customer service and sales guidance for member sign-ups and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude at the Welcome Station.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean wash area at the Wash Station.
• Assist with vehicle preparation and identifying preexisting conditions.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.
• Engage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews at the Convenience Station.
• Manage member accounts including cancellations and plan changes.
• Stock and organize detail centers and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Empty trash cans and maintain clean work areas.
• Perform opening and closing duties and keep the tunnel clean and safe.
