Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a hands-on Shipping/Receiving Clerk (Project Specialist) to join our Records Project team. In this role, you will move, label, and track record boxes, ensuring secure handling and accurate inventory in a federally regulated environment.

This temporary assignment offers potential to transition into a regular role. The position pays starting at $25.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule in the University District, Seattle, and includes benefits such as health and dental

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse/shipping/receiving or material handling environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with accuracy on long labels and lists.
• Ability to stand/walk/bend and lift up to 50 lbs for an 8-hour shift; comfortable with heights.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and stack record boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Label and track boxes with barcodes and RFID labels.
• Pack and secure pallets for shipping; ensure proper order and protection of corners.
• Check box numbers against pull lists to ensure accuracy before move.
• Operate hand trucks, carts, and pallet jacks safely in a warehouse.
