Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of production leadership or team lead experience.
• Strong safety, quality, and documentation knowledge.
• Able to read instructions and production schedules and coach others.

Aufgaben

• Organize daily production activity and align staffing with the schedule.
• Provide direction, coaching, and on-the-job training to assigned employees.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and shift performance; escalate issues as needed.
• Start/stop injection molding machines and support mold/robot systems.
• Support setup/changeovers and maintain process knowledge within approved limits.
