Job summary

Aqua Engineers in Hawaii seeks a CSM Operator to operate and maintain the sewer collection systems. You will clean and service lines, pump stations, wet wells, and manholes, perform inspections, troubleshoot, and respond to alarms and service calls.

This hands-on role offers stable, long-term work with a safety-focused team. On-call availability and CDL-B with tanker, air brakes, and Hawaii DOT medical cert are desirable. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in CSM, wastewater, or utility field work (preferred).
• Safety-focused, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Willing to be on call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sewer collection systems.
• Clean and service sewer lines, pump stations, wet wells, and manholes.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and service calls.
• Operate CSM equipment and company vehicles.
• Complete required logs and basic reports.
