Whistle Express Car Wash is hiring an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running smoothly, and contribute to a positive guest day. This hands-on role covers multiple stations and emphasizes ownership, reliability, and customer focus.

You’ll be physically active, work outdoors in all weather, and start with a structured 60-day training program designed to set you up for success. No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• No experience required; a 60-day structured certification program is provided.
• You take ownership, stay proactive, and complete tasks without being told twice.
• You bring energy, work well in a team, and are comfortable outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide excellent customer service and assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely, identify preexisting conditions, and keep area clean and organized.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers, manage member accounts, and encourage reviews.
• Stock and organize detail centers; maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness.
• General duties: perform opening/closing, upkeep, trash removal, and ensure a safe environment.
