Job summary

Swiderski Equipment Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain agriculture and construction equipment. You’ll work in the shop or at customer locations, with travel to sites, trainings, and meetings as needed.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, teamwork, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced service environment. You’ll contribute to customer satisfaction and equipment uptime while growing your technical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture, diesel, or heavy equipment service strongly desired.
• Must provide own basic hand tools.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel for training and meetings, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain agriculture and construction equipment.
• Install, set up, and prepare equipment for customers and inventory.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Document work, parts used, and labor accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service at customer sites.
• Travel to customer sites, trainings, and meetings as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
