Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year electronic repair/PC hardware experience preferred.
• Experience in a low-volume PC or electronics production environment preferred.
• Experience replacing components such as LCD screens and hard drives preferred.
• Familiarity with major manufacturers (Dell/HP/Lenovo/ASUS/Toshiba/Apple/Acer) is a plus.
• Must read/write/understand English and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and diagnose servers and related hardware.
• Assemble and disassemble servers for repair.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and identify defective components.
• Replace parts and components as needed.
• Run diagnostic and server stress tests and analyze results.
• Document symptoms, test results, repairs, and parts in the shop system.
• Track parts usage and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with motherboard repair, testing, quality control, and inspection teams.
• Provide backup support for QA, inspections, and testing when needed.
• Follow established procedures for system and parts management.
• Work with warehouse, shipping, receiving, and other departments.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
