SMS InfoComm Corporation is seeking a Server Repair Technician in Grapevine, TX. The role involves testing, diagnosing, and replacing parts on servers sent for diagnosis and repair. You will document all symptoms and results, and collaborate with repair, QC, and testing teams to ensure quality service.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and read/write English. Preferred experience includes working in a Repair Depot or similar low-production PC environment, with knowledge of common

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 1 year experience in Repair Depot.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Experience with simple component replacements such as LCD/HDD.
• Familiarity with models like ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Apple, Acer.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, test, and diagnose servers.
• Replace parts as needed.
• Conduct and analyze server stress tests.
• Document symptoms, test results, and parts replaced in shop floor tool.
• Collaborate with motherboard repair, testing, QC, and inspections personnel.
• Provide back up for QC and testing.
• Maintain parts consumption.
• Follow leadership direction.
