Job summary

Kelly is seeking a hands-on Test Support Technician to join our server manufacturing team in Taylor, TX. You will test server hardware, troubleshoot components, and verify system quality before shipment to ensure performance and reliability.

In this role you will use diagnostic tools and scripts, document results, follow ESD and safety procedures, and collaborate with production and engineering to resolve issues and improve processes. Training in Georgetown may be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting computer, server, or rack-mounted hardware.
• Basic command-line proficiency in Linux and/or Windows.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and test procedures accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Collaborative approach and experience working in a manufacturing or lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair component-level issues involving CPUs, memory, storage, power supplies, and other hardware.
• Use diagnostic tools, scripts, and software utilities to validate system performance.
• Document test results, report failures, and maintain accurate records.
• Follow ESD, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
• Apply your knowledge of server architecture and hardware components to support troubleshooting.
• Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
