Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or higher) with expected internship duration.
• Strong academic performance.
• Available to work on site 40 hours per week.
• Valid driver's license for work-related travel.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Candidates available for multiple terms preferred.
• MIN - $24.09 per hour / MAX - $35.96 per hour

Responsibilities

• Support health, safety, and security planning activities.
• Conduct facility audits and assist training programs.
• Assist with incident investigations and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Marathon business units on projects.
• Prepare written reports for projects.
