This role collaborates daily with superintendents and foremen, manages materials and logistics, protects margins, captures change orders, and coordinates with architects and roof

Qualifications

• 2+ years construction project management experience preferred.
• Commercial roofing experience is a plus, not required.
• Ability to visit job sites regularly.
• Working knowledge of budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Work daily with superintendents and foremen.
• Order materials and manage logistics.
• Protect gross margin and monitor budgets.
• Capture and manage change orders.
• Handle architects and roof consultants professionally.
• Maintain clean, current job documentation.
• Support quality control in the field.
• Make the GC's job easier.
