Job summary

Tecta America Colorado is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of the execution of roofing projects. You will drive project progress, maintain strong client relationships, and provide structured leadership in a prime-contractor setting.

The role requires a background in construction management, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction contracts, schedules, submittals, and job cost management.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a self-directed, proactive leadership environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project management activities from contract handoff through closeout.
• Coordinate with estimators, field leadership, superintendents/foremen, and subcontractors to align on scope, schedule, and expectations.
• Lead client communication, resolving issues and maintaining professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple in-progress projects, balancing daily demands with attention to detail.
• Create, update, and maintain schedules, submittal logs, procurement tracking, and change order documentation.
• Review scopes of work, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Support field teams with timely decisions and issue escalation as needed.
• Drive timely documentation: RFIs, change events, meeting minutes, cost tracking, safety documentation, punch lists, warranty closeout.
• Monitor project financials including budgets, billing, cost-to-complete, and forecasting.
• Participate in project handoffs with estimators and maintain constructive communication.
