Zamzows in Boise, Idaho is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, mentor a growing team, and deliver legendary customer service.

Work closely with the Store Manager to run the store, manage cash handling, scheduling, safety, and hands-on customer support in our outdoor retail environment.

You’ll develop product knowledge, train staff, and help build future Store Managers through practical leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Able to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Zamzows products or quick learner.

Aufgaben

• Help manage all aspects of the store—from sales and service to inventory and operations.
• Lead and support your team to deliver legendary Zamzows customer service.
• Spot trends and use insights to help the store hit (and beat) its goals.
• Collaborate with store leaders and the home office to solve problems and launch new ideas.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and visually on point.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of the POS system and use it to support daily operations and customer service.
• Count tills and create deposits at the end of each day for accurate cash handling.
• Occasionally attending monthly Assistant Store Manager Training Meetings.
