You’ll join a crew to handle rooftop installations, read blueprints, test systems, and ensure correct operation. The role emphasizes hands-on work outdoors with a strong teamwork ethic and adherence to safety. Compensation is performance-based per watt installed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of solar installation experience.
• Experience working on rooftops.
• Ability to use tools and follow installation plans.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Install solar systems as part of a crew.
