Job summary

Mac Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our residential properties in peak condition. You will handle repairs and preventive maintenance across apartments, ensuring appliances, electrical and plumbing systems, and building infrastructure operate safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair, plus strong customer service and time-management skills for responsive on-site support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must provide own basic tools and know how to safely use them.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service requests and repairs promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair residential apartments including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fixtures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
