Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Zero to two years of full-time experience; strong recent graduates welcome.
• Demonstrated financial modeling ability, including cash flow projections and debt structures.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office Suite.
• Familiarity with AI tools for analytical tasks and ability to verify outputs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for real estate investments and operating companies.
• Underwrite lower middle-market investments and assess market positioning and downside risks.
• Analyze investments at asset and portfolio levels; support enterprise valuation and working capital analysis.
• Conduct detailed market, transaction, and ownership structure research.
