Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the ISO 9001 and ITAR quality programs on the shop floor of a long-standing metal finishing and finishing operation. The ideal candidate will own the quality metrics, drive CAPAs, and partner with operations leadership to implement continuous improvements across production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality management experience in metals/related industries.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and ITAR controls.
• Strong hands-on leadership on the production floor and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with quality metrics, corrective actions, and process improvements.
• Exposure to NADCAP, PPAP, Lean/Six Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day quality operations on the floor.
• Build and maintain quality systems, documentation, KPIs, reporting, and standard work.
• Partner with GM, Project Manager, and operations leadership to drive quality.
• Own quality metrics, trend analysis, customer complaints, and CAPAs.
• Identify and resolve rejects, scrap, and process stability issues.
