Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Quality Manager for ISO 9001 and ITAR compliance in a metal finishing and anodizing operation. You will lead day-to-day quality on the floor, develop systems and KPIs, and partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement across all processes.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in quality, experience in metals or related industries, and hands-on leadership to build a quality team as the operation expands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality management experience.
• Metals, CNC machining, stamping, or related industry experience preferred.
• Anodizing/metal finishing experience huge plus!
• Energetic, proactive, and highly hands-on professional who thrives on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day quality operations on the shop floor.
• Build or enhance quality systems, documentation, KPIs, reporting, and standard work.
• Partner closely with the GM, Project Manager, and operations leadership.
• Own quality metrics, trend analysis, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve issues around rejects, scrap, rework, and process stability.
• Prepare for and maintain ISO 9001, ITAR, and future medical/aerospace needs.
• Implement continuous improvements across quality and production processes.
• Influence operators and guide quality expectations across the floor.
• Work with the former Quality Manager for training and transition support (NADCAP expertise available).
• Build and develop a quality team as the operation expands.
