Job summary

Armorock Polymer Concrete is seeking a Quality Control Technician to inspect precast polymer concrete products, perform material testing, and maintain quality records in our manufacturing facility. The role collaborates with production personnel and the QC Manager to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and established quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to read drawings and follow procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with basic math, measurement and documentation.
• Ability to read drawings/specifications and follow procedures.
• Experience in quality control, concrete production, or lab testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-pour inspections for dimensions and form conditions.
• Conduct post-pour and final inspections for dimensional and surface quality.
• Perform pre-drill inspections following production layout.
• Conduct shipment inspections verifying quality and order requirements.
• Collect, prepare, test, and document samples for strength testing.
• Perform resin gel-time testing and assist with incoming inspections.
• Identify, document, and communicate nonconformances via NCRs.
• Maintain inspection records and traceability.
• Provide daily QC updates to manager.
