Job summary

Wilmar LLC, owner of Performance Tool and EZRED, is expanding its Purchasing team and seeks a hands-on Purchasing Specialist in Kent, WA. You will manage purchase orders, support inventory replenishment, and coordinate with vendors and import partners to ensure timely stock and accurate receipts.

You will work cross-functionally with Inventory, Operations, and Sales to keep products moving and customers supplied, while maintaining attention to detail and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP systems.
• Experience working with purchasing data and analysis.
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders from issuance through receipt.
• Knowledge of import logistics and shipment tracking preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and Order Management: determine PO release quantities and align with demand.
• Vendor Management: coordinate with domestic and international vendors.
• Inbound Logistics and Import Support: coordinate documentation and track inbound shipments.
• Purchase Order Administration: issue, track, and adjust POs through receipt.
• Inventory Accuracy & Continuous Improvement: verify receipts and reduce discrepancies.
