Job summary

Frog is seeking a Prototype Development Engineer for an on-site, six-month contract in Boulder, CO. You will work within the design team to deliver innovative prototypes, turning concepts into production-representative samples through hands-on fabrication, tooling, and process refinement.

You will be embedded with client teams, performing design, prototyping, analysis, and documentation, with emphasis on hardware-software-service integration and manufacturability considerations.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototyping, analysis, 3D CAD modeling, and documentation.
• Hand-fabricate proofs-of-concept prototypes.
• Prepare cut/print files and operate softgoods machinery.
• Support tooling design and fabrication.
