Surge is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead residential and commercial renovation projects in the Northeast region, based in Dover/New Philadelphia, Ohio. This full-time role involves on-site leadership, planning, and ensuring projects finish on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating renovations, leading a small crew, and collaborating with contractors while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Experience in coordinating residential and commercial renovations.
• Ability to lead a small on-site team and manage timelines.
• Strong knowledge of construction and building systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• OSHA or construction management certifications are a plus.
• Property management experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee renovations and tenant improvements from start to finish.
• Lead on-site crew and delegate daily/weekly tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal staff.
• Report to the Property Manager and align with lease schedules.
