Job summary

Global Power Components is seeking a motivated Project Manager to support the execution of custom engineer-to-order manufacturing projects. The role targets junior to mid-level professionals with 2–7 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing or related fields.

You will coordinate schedules, track production flow, monitor materials and collaborate across departments to keep projects on schedule and aligned with customer requirements. The position is onsite in Milwaukee, WI.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in project management, manufacturing coordination, engineering support, construction management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Execution: manage multiple custom manufacturing projects with daily, weekly and monthly schedules and track milestones.
• Scheduling & Workflow Management: build and update schedules in Smartsheet, coordinate across engineering, purchasing, production, shipping and sales.
• Production & Engineering Support: review drawings, BOMs and ensure readiness for production and release.
• Cross‑Functional Communication: participate in daily meetings and communicate changes, risks and schedule impacts.
