Qualifications

Proven track record of producing drawings through every stage of permitting and construction.
Ability to produce visualizations for project feasibility.
Responsibilities
Lead project execution from concept to entitlement, permitting, and construction support.
Develop complete permitting and construction documentation.
Coordinate with local planning and building departments for compliance.
Support projects through RFIs and field issue resolution.
