• 10+ years of professional experience in architecture or industrial design.
• Proven track record of taking designs from concept to construction.
• Experience with material selection and finish specifications on complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural exploration of rowhome product catalogue including facades and layouts.
• Lead the curation of interior and exterior finishes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Brand teams to define identity.
• Direct visualizations and support value engineering to protect design vision.
• Oversee projects through construction and iterate designs from learnings.
