Responsibilities

• Build and lead the engineering team for component design.
• Full ownership of CAD model of components.
• Obtain and maintain necessary certifications and approvals.
• Create engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Design and implement production equipment and processes.
• Track KPIs affecting quality and cost per square foot.
