Job summary

Conagra Brands in Henning, Illinois is seeking a Production Operator to monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment and help maintain continuous production flow. You will join a team of over 150 associates and work Monday through Friday on days shift.

The role requires operating diverse machines, performing product quality checks, and collaborating across departments to support production demand while keeping the work area clean and safe. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• This is a physical position requiring lifting up to 50 pounds, stairs, and use of hands.
• Manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy.
• Safety gear provided (earplugs and PPE) to protect workers.
• Overtime may be needed to meet production demand.
