This hands-on opportunity exposes you to manufacturing, assembly, electronics, and production operations while working alongside experienced technicians and manufacturing professionals. You will receive on-the-job training and gain practical experience with tools, equipment, processes, and documentation used in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in high school and eligible to participate in a school co-op program.
• Interest in manufacturing, engineering, electronics, skilled trades, or technology.
• Dependable and willing to learn.
• Comfortable with hands-on work and using tools.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality work.
• Able to work cooperatively in a team.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to drawings and work instructions.
• Operate production equipment and tools used in manufacturing processes.
• Test, inspect, and troubleshoot assemblies and systems.
• Support prototype builds and engineering development projects.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with engineering and production staff to resolve issues and improve processes.
