Job summary

ManpowerGroup is helping a client in Clinton, TN recruit a Production Tech to join the production floor, with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

You will assemble components by hand or with basic tools, operate equipment, perform quality inspections, and assist with packaging and logistics.

Shifts are 1st and 2nd; pay ranges from $18 to $19.50 per hour; a high school diploma or GED is required or preferred, with prior manufacturing experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some roles may not strictly require it.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or retail stockroom preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk long periods and lift 35–50 lbs regularly.
• Able to read and follow written work instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products by hand or with basic hand tools following instructions.
• Operate manufacturing equipment, feed materials, monitor performance, and adjust setup as needed.
• Perform quality checks through visual inspections to verify specifications and blueprint requirements.
• Package finished products, label, and load onto pallets or conveyors for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with safety policies and PPE.
