Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools, drawings, and work instructions
• Follow established processes and instructions to complete work accurately and efficiently
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects, missing components, or workmanship issues
• Assist with basic product testing under the direction of experienced team members
• Accurately document completed work using travelers, checklists, and other production records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Follow Lean Principles and Lean Manufacturing
