Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production team in Phoenix, AZ. This hands-on role requires spending 90% of time on the factory floor, supervising all production activities from parts cleaning to etching, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in production or manufacturing and at least 1 year in a supervisory role. An Associate's degree or equivalent is required, with strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel delivering services (parts cleaning, etching, and other processes).
• Develop and manage work schedules to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and develop staff with necessary skills and knowledge.
• Maintain records and reports including training and quality control documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with engineering, quality, and other teams.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment complying with safety and quality standards.
