Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the production workforce.
• Execute manufacturing processes consistently and repeatably.
• Translate business requirements into prioritized tasks and action items.
• Identify and communicate technical issues effectively to the leadership team.
• Thoroughly understand production problems, determine root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Help ensure recurring quality issues are addressed and prevented from happening again.
