Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of 8-15 in a fast-paced manufacturing setting producing high-quality consumables. This hands-on role focuses on safety, quality, and meeting production targets while developing employees and maintaining strong teamwork.

The ideal candidate balances people leadership with a sense of urgency, accountability, and a commitment to following SOPs and regulated procedures to ensure consistent, on-time output.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8-15 production employees on a fast-paced line.
• Model safety, quality, attendance, teamwork and work ethic.
• Assign daily tasks and provide resources and direction for success.
• Oversee training and ensure adherence to SOPs and processes.
• Develop weekly production schedules and monitor daily progress.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Coach employees and participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary matters.
